The cessation of eye contact … mind contact … is the ending of old age and death.”

"Yo kho, bhikkhave, cakkhusamphassassa uppādo ṭhiti … pe … jarāmaraṇassa pātubhāvo … pe … yo manosamphassassa uppādo ṭhiti … pe … jarāmaraṇassa pātubhāvo.
Yo ca kho, bhikkhave, cakkhusamphassassa nirodho … pe … jarāmaraṇassa atthaṅgamo … pe … yo manosamphassassa nirodho … pe … jarāmaraṇassa atthaṅgamo"ti.
