Nandikkhayā rāgakkhayo, rāgakkhayā nandikkhayo. Nandirāgakkhayā cittaṁ vimuttaṁ suvimuttanti vuccati. vedanāṁ, bhikkhave, yoniso manasi karotha, vedanāniccatañca yathābhūtaṁ samanupassatha. vedanāṁ, bhikkhave, bhikkhu yoniso manasi karonto, vedanāniccatañca yathābhūtaṁ samanupassanto vedanāya nibbindati.
